Do you offer free consultations or catch-ups before purchasing a bundle?
Due to a hectic schedule, I do not offer a 15-minute catch-up call before the purchase of services. However, I am always available via email. So, please send me a detailed email regarding your background, career history, and what aspects you would like me to help with. Feel free to attach your resume or LinkedIn profile.
Do you offer any additional discounts?
Yes, I am always happy to extend additional discounts on my one-time payment plans if you are happy to provide a video and written testimonial to help spread the word about my services. Please email us before your purchase so we can send you a coupon code.
Do you offer a refund if I am unsuccessful at finding a job?
We do not offer refunds once services have started, so please make sure you are 100% certain of the services you need. Fluctuations in the economy, job market, and immigration rules do not allow us to guarantee any job offers. However, we are here to support you and cheer you on.
How do payment plans work?
We have 3-month payment plans to allow for a budget-friendly experience. You can redeem your services prior to completion of your payment plan, but make sure your credit/debit card has enough validity.
Why are Indian cardholders not eligible for payment plans??
Due to RBI rules, we are unable to store credit card information of indian cards issued by indian banks, which makes it difficult to make payment plans accessible to indian card holders. We do apologise for the inconvenience.
Can I come back after 6 months to make some more changes to my resume/cover letter?
Unfortunately, once the services have concluded, we cannot offer free reviews or revisions. However, we can give you a discount on the review or revision. Please email us for a customised quotation.
Will Divya be writing my resume over a Zoom call?
Absolutely! In our Pay as you go and Ultimate Graduate Bundle, Divya will be writing your resumes and cover letters in front of you and teaching you, in the process, how to customise them for different job roles over Google Meet. We believe in transparency in all our services, and a recording will be available after the meeting if you need.
Are there any additional hidden costs?
No, we do not charge any nasty hidden fees.
